I'm slowly getting back into Morrowind and am look for some mods I Used to have;

1. It was an NPC recruitment mod, you had to get the NPCs mood torwards you at like, 80 or higher I think.
2. There was this mod that added a boat full of custom weapons, I think it was pretty popular.
3. There was a mod that added 10 (I think) quality houses, you could buy them from someone in Vivec iirc.

Edit: Did Buddha make these threads? Is he only doing the OB Mod Detectives threads now?

After [rather incautiously] dumping all my mods in a fresh install, I realized I had acquired some difficult to find mods, and now I needed them back.

I've only got one left, Loch's Keening Replacer. It made Keening a longsword and gave it better textures (I think). It isn't on any of the site's I've looked, and help would be great.

Every once in a while, I have the same problem. I search there and somehow what I'm looking for doesn't come up. I have no idea what's up with that. I think the elves inside their servers go on strike occasionally.

Incidentally, I found that link just by Googling morrowind mods keening--the first link took me to the TES wiki, a page of links to mods. The lesson for us both is to use that wiki as a method of finding mods.

Hi. I've been looking for a mod for the Soul Calibur sword for quite some time now. The only link that I've been able to find is for Hoss' Soul Calibur and Soul Edge swords (http://hoss.silgrad.com), but this link is dead, and has been for some time. Please help!

Are you talking about the one pictured here? If so, thats from Swords of Morrowind, which you can get here.

I've started trying out some MWE-reliant mods, like Combat Enhanced. I'm limited to these till I can make MWSE not crash my game. Illius & Karpik: Thanks guys, I was just looking on the MWE devteam's forums and found the same beta link (it's not linked to on Tonto's page). I probably can't expect this to work too well, and right now it won't work at all because MWSE/MWE/MGE all managed to bork up my install something fierce. Er, anyway, I kind of wish Sandman or someone who works comfortably with scripts could update this or start a telekinesis mod from scratch - if you've played Bioshock yet, you know picking things up with your mind and then throwing them at people is the most fun you can have in a video game.

I'm looking for Nightmare's Armor, from Soul Calibur. I remember there was a mod for it, but I cannot find it. I've checked PES, twice.

Now I have another reason to want it, I have the sword!

I'm looking for a certain housemod, and i just can not seem to remember the name of the mod.

I do know that it is just next to the Siltstrider in Suran. There's a small guesthouse first, that
already looks realy great and i believe there's a Vampire Lair downstairs in that house that
looks realy cool.

Next to the guest house was a stairway going up to the real mansion, and IIRC there was
even a button that could teleport you directly up. The house was very beautifully decorated
and hat it's own pretty unique textures.

I wish i could tell more but that's what i can remember about this Housemod, if i knew the
Mod makers name i would have found it already.

Hope someone knows which housemod i mean.

I'm just getting back into Morrowind, and not only have a lot of the mod sites changed/gone down, I don't seem to have all the files I used to (have switched computers a few times). I've tried googling and searching PlanetElderScrolls for this, but the setback is I can't remember the name of the mod. It was designed to give you a small amount of experience in spellcasting even when you failed to cast the spell. Does anyone know of this mod? I initially thought it was part of Wakim's Game Improvements, but I have that, and it doesn't seem to be doing the trick.

Huh...I'm looking for a mod called drug realism.It made it so merchants would trade with you if you were carrying drugs, but if you tried selling them, they'd call the guards on your ass.

I'm going to re-install Morrowind (After I finish C&C 3) after a very long time away. I've got a bunch of good mods I used to have, and some new ones that sound great bookmarked, but there's one I don't remember the name of, and have no idea what to search for. It made it so Guar and lots of other creatures traveled in packs, with baby guar and stuff. Much appreciated if this is found.

I'm trying to find a mod that added several robes and a Robe Shop in Pelagiad. It was run by a Bosmer, and there was a Sixth House nutter in the basement with his own custom robe. I can't for the life of me remember what it was called - does it ring any bells with anyone? I've tried PlanetElderScrolls, Galahaut's wiki and ElricM, but no luck.

1.) I'm searching for a Morrowind Mod Manager, something that would control the order in which your mods are loaded, so there are no conflicts between them and also handle their mesh and texture files for easy installing\uninstalling...

Um, actually on #3 there are mods that rename items so that within the games proscribed order they are alphabetical. One's by Wrye, look around while you're on his site.

Before my Hd died I had a small plugin that allowed you to skip all the blah blah blah at chargen and just start the game..it was handy for using in the test install. I'm sure it's likely at one of the major mod sites but not knowing the exact name of it (or just which category they filed it under) I couldn't find it in an hour or so of looking the other day. Does anyone even know the name of the one I'm talking about? If I knew that I could track it down..thanks.

Woohoo for Waruddar! Another question solved by one of the great mod detectives! But a question answered leads to a question asked... By me... For another mod.

I'm fairly confident this'll be the last one. It's a mod that changed vivec in such a way so that there was no 'inside' anymore. There were still the individual stores you could go into, but there were no 
Lower Waistworks or anything anymore, and... It's difficult to explain, but if anyone could locate this for me I'd appreciate it greatly!

Hmm, I was reluctant to post here because it will be hard to find what I'm looking for by the information I have but maybe. I'm looking for an Almalexia texture replacer, but not Sexy Almalexy but a mod that gives her gorgeous big brown bambi eyes. That's all I know unfortunately, and that it was only a texture without an esp. That's why I lost it and don't remember the name.

alright im doing my collection of mods for morrwind again..


looking for a interface skin that i found a really long time ago, changed every single menu window, players inventory, title menu, options.. everything to a ice blue/snow white ish mix.

it felt like a bloodmoon extender with all the snow colors to the menu texture..

i really hope someone knows what im talking about, and just might possibly be able to find it or point at where it is

well, none of those were what i had a long time ago. the first link kinda close, more of a whiter, and it was universal across the game menu's and everything had a frosty white border, instead of the default colors.
even the borders around health and mana, even the escape menu was reskinned.. and it seemed so well done when i tried looking for it again in the last few years, my first thought was it was quite well done and such a great bloodmoon theme.
i thought it was an offical mod

of course it was not, so ive never found it again, oh well..

guess next thing i could use help with is... anyone know a place/pdf that might explain which files in morrowind i would have to edit to change the colors of esc menu, inventory windows, and general interface skin files in morrowind
