Looking at this at first, I would doubt that Bethesda would pursue this simply because of mods but when he's also charing for the CS, then I think Beth will be on his ass.

It's one thing to try and sell mods made by one person or small groups of people, but they even went so far as to sell Bethesda's construction set, made by a company. And he even stated where he lives. Someone in London call the police and ship them down there or something. I could be wrong though, it could just be a cover.

I just reported all of his mod pack auctions on eBay as well. After clicking the report this item button, it asks you want category. I wasn't sure so I selected stolen property. I don't know if that is right, but what I did notice was that after selecting that, eBay said that I should call the Police. They really want me to find a UK police department phone # and call? Sorry, I can't afford that bill, hope they can do it themselves.



As far as I can tell, you do not need an eBay account to report the auction. I clicked the report this item button and continued the process without ever signing in (and yes I was not automatically logged-in).

Because they're selling the magazine, not the CD. That's how people get around pyramid scheme laws in the US, as long as you sell something with it (usually a list of other people to bug about the pyramid scheme, sometimes cosmetics...) it's legal. I think E-Bay will do something about it, though, whether it's legal or not, as they stopped people from selling their Diablo accounts (etched the info on pens, etc.).

GStaff has been notified of this so legal action will be put towards this filthy thief.

I have posted the link on the PES forum about this so more action can be taken and let others know.

The appropriate people have been informed.

it's always the same - people selling other people's mods without permission - one reason, which made me quit editing pro evolution soccer 3 four years ago right after i've released my "megapatch", which included fan chants, goal jingles, real stats for over 90% of the players etc. i've been working hundreds of hours on this and got more than 10,000 downloads from filefront within several days - only to see others distributing it via e-bay and getting the money

btw. i didn't stop modding/ editing the game mentioned above only for this reason - the game itself became boring and after konami decided to bring updated pes-games every year, i completely lost my interest in editing them. please keep this great modding community alive regardless how many parasites are going to earn money with your work.
