A very simple list of modder's resources. I realize there is MORE, but I feel it only shows a fraction of available resources. If you know of other resources, or would like to point out that something isn't a resource, please say so.

If your mod is on this list and you don't want it to be, just say so! I'll remove it immedietly.

My criteria for what a resource is:
Contains something new.
The only requirement from the modder is credit to the resource, or send a notice to the author(without having to wait for a reply.)
Doesn't require the original resource download to run. (COBL and scripting resources are the only exception to this rule.)
If the readme doesn't include anything about it being a modder's resource, or is very vague about using it, it doesn't get added.
The readme has to be VERY CLEAR that the user can use the resource without waiting for permission from the resource creator.

COMMON COURTESY FROM RESOURCE USERS:
-Credit the resource and author.
-Send a notice to the resource creator that you are using their resource.
-Link back to the original resource in your read-me.
-If possible, rate the resource, to show your appreciation.
-If I list a quest mod here, then the author has given permission to use resources from the mod, not the entire mod itself.

Some resources require you to do these, some don't. However, be courteous and do em anyways. I'm sure the author will appreciate it.

I'm gonna build this over time, and if you of more, suggest them! I'd prefer it if you make the links in the style I'm using, so I can easily copy-pasta them into the first post. This is still small, but I want to use my free time to play games and do other things as well, so I'm gonna spend 30 minutes a day on this list tops.

Everything in my sig can be used as a resource although I have not updated all readme's to say so.

Well that's a whole helluva lot of weapons.

I uploaded a resource pack of flora, and other misc things, including an armor for vanilla female body, a few weeks ago or so. It was my first resource pack.

Way to go Sheershaw! This is a list that needed to be made (I love list threads :-). Planet elder scrolls has a modder's resource category (only like 2 pages), you should add what you can from there. Also check out Mr. Siika's Modder's Resources, he has some really good stuff (I'd give you links but I'm on my wii again :-P). Anyway, you can expect me to check this often ;-)

Sheershaw, I have links for a whole bunch of creature resource mods. But Some of these do not state to give credit back to them, but, they do state feel free to use. do you want me to post them or send them to you via pm the links to them so that you can check them out..

Hmm... well this is stupid, but if you are just looking to add more resources just go to TESNexus and click on the "models and textures" category, then start sifting through the huge amount of stuff there. Most of it is free-to-use no-contact-required good-old-fashioned Modder's Resource (or at least in my experience), but sometimes people put other stuff in there, so don't assume it's correct just by looking. I've used it before to find extra textures and stuff, although I'm having trouble right now finding good Rope nifs (although another modder is letting me use his) and window nifs+textures. Hmm, anyway, if you're bored and looking to expand try that.

EDIT: I see you added a bit of MrSiika's stuff, although i noticed a few (notably Better Ports and Castle Meshes) were not on your list. If you didn't already, look HERE, it's his most recent thread.

Added most of Nicoroshi's stuff, except for anything that didn't state whether it was a resource or not, and anything that said it wasn't.

You did well
Only things I have made that are not allowed to use are "Arrows of the Ayleid King" (group mod that was decided to keep exclusive), and Nico's Tabaxi Bows (would require Luchaire's approval as well).

EDIT: I notice you only have 2 of the 4 base armamentarium mods. Aren't they all Modder's Resources? All their links are on the page of Armamentarium Complete (which is not a Modder's resource :-P). If you can add those, you should :-)

I'm reasonably certain the most recent "Mage Equipment" mod says you can use the stuff as long as you give the author due credit (I can't link it for you cause I'm not on my PC, but just search "Mage equipment" on PES :-P

The more places the better. I would actually use TESNexus as your homebase of operations (specifically the Article Database) because the post does not have an expiration date like all the threads on these forums. Once changes to the list slow down and become somewhat stable, I would then create a page on the CS Wiki to make it even easier to find.

Can you somehow designate new mods you have added to the list with a different color or something...That is a long list and it is hard to tell when you have added anything.

I could, but I'm really lazy. I always add it to the bottom of its category though, unless its by an author who already has something in that category, in which case I group it with his other mods.

Well, you have to keep in mind that many of the people that see the forums at TESNexus also see the forums here. So if they replied here, they are not likely to reply there. Plus, there are simply more forum goers here...posts at TESNexus tend go move much slower than here.

When I create a thread here that I'd like to have a backup of, I create an identical one elsewhere but this site "always" will receive more input than anywhere else.
